MJCAPHX ASSOCIATION CHANGES TO EFFECT 1/15/10

Well the time has finally come to officially say goodbye to all my precious friends and fellow members of this association.  Again, I want to say thank you for allowing me to serve and represent you as it has truly been a great ride.  During the summer of 2005 I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I was anointed president of this association.

However, I found out pretty quickly that this was going to be a full-time job but I was up for the challenge that no one else wanted that's for sure.

God has opened many doors for me in my life and I make it a point to walk through those doors everytime because I know that God is wanting me to experience something great, learn something new and to bless His people.

I tell you, 2009 was atrocious. Both personally and for this association.  There was alot of drama and even though that was quite frustrating I will say that the passing of so many great officers, members and friends in 2009 was the most challenging to deal with.

Moving on, the new year is finally upon us and so is new opportunity.  I can't wait to see what 2010 brings to me and my family.  Some family members are baffled on why I am not upset and worried about being layed off from my job of seven years.

Because I know that God is not going to close one door and not open another.  Besides, I will apply for unemployment and food stamps thus, finally, making my tax dollars paid all these years work for me !

In closing, I wish all of you the very best in all your future endeavors.  It should be noted that effective Friday, January 15th, 2009 your new leadership team will be as follows ...

( 1 ) Chad Larsen            President     ( 623 ) 451-0794
( 2 ) Kimberly Doherty    Treasurer    ( 623 ) 486-2639

The official webpage of MJCAPHX will close on 1/31/10
SPECIAL THANKS TO AZCOPS TIM CLARK
Tim, your my buddy !

Thank you for everything you have done for me these last five years.  You have always had my back and would never let anyone talk bad about me because you knew the hard work and passion that I put into this association.

You will always hold a special place in my heart and I want to thank you for the great memories and laughs that I shared with you including that 114 degree day while recruiting over at Eagle Point School in Buckeye.

I hope our paths cross once again someday.  Lets make it a point to stay in touch but in case that we don't I Just want to again say thank you as you have truly had an positive impact on my life.
SPECIAL THANKS TO AZCOPS ANA MARIE

Ana Marie, you go girl !

Thank you for all your help with my association.  I know you took alot of incoming calls from the members and guided them to the right person that they needed to talk to.  You also handled all those applications when the membership tripled from 84 members to nearly but never reached 300 members.

At the AZCOPS conferences, OMG, you almost gave me a premature heart attack with those jaw dropping outfits you wore to meet and greet !

I'll always have a crush on you for sure !   ( LOL )
